Ordering

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items you wish to buy into the shopping basket. At the checkout page you will be asked for the details that we need to be able to complete your order. You will have an opportunity to check and correct any errors in your order up until the point at which you submit your order by clicking the "submit order" button on the secure ordering page. All orders made by you through the website are subject to acceptance by us and product availability. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you in those circumstances.

When placing an order, you agree that any and all information given is accurate and complete.

After submitting an order to us we will send you a confirmation email to the email address given in your order, detailing your order reference number and the goods ordered. Please note this email is an acknowledgement and is not an acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order takes place when we despatch your goods.

You must check all the details on this confirmation email are correct and contact us as soon as possible if anything is incorrect.

If you order goods which are not available from stock and may take longer than the estimated delivery time, we will contact you by email and you will have the option to wait until the goods are available or cancel your order in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy.

Prices and promotions

It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time, including any alterations to the rate of VAT. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.

All prices and charges on the website are shown in UK pounds sterling. UK VAT is charged at the prevailing rate. Where we charge separately for packing, postage and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this website. Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period.

Offers are not transferable or for publication either on or offline.

Free postage and package offers only apply to standard delivery.

Offers with a spend threshold always exclude delivery charges.

If a “% off” offer is combined with a free P&P offer, the “% off” saving is calculated on the product value independent of the P&P value. The P&P discount is then applied to the P&P value. All discounts, including P&P, are made at the product level in your basket.

Payments can be made securely by most major credit, debit cards or Pay Pal.

All credit or debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Cancellation

You are entitled to cancel your contract if you wish providing you act within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.

Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed as accepted in such despatch note do not form part of the contract.
